This CD is so sample riddled that any form of proper release would never see the light of day. The music came about after I realized that guitar music has been a staple for me since my brother brought home an Iron Maiden cassette, a copy of a copy, when I was twelve or thirteen. This particular strand of shouty nonsense has continued to appeal since 1987 hence the title of the EP. I spent a couple of weeks sampling every riff, blast and scream I could find in my CD, tape and vinyl collection and after filling my hard drive, I stuck it all together with some good old evolstick. The release has a 16 page accompianing comic book that kind of explains how Powerslave blew my mind.
